Mr. Callan and his team have substantial experience in the acquisition of multiple parcels for a right-of-way corridor for both roadway purposes, utility electrical purposes, and school sites, in Central Florida and South Florida.

Mr. Callan has also represented multiple landowners on the same project for roadway projects, expressways, electric power lines, and natural gas lines in Central and Northern Florida.
