Mr. Callan has extensive experience in both representation concerning land use and zoning approvals, as well as litigation when a government agency denies such permit applications. Examples of land use litigation are First Amendment litigation, denial of rezonings, comp plan amendments, billboards, plats, lot split issues, and other matters. This litigation experience has included injunctive hearings, both permanent and temporary, appeals, and declaratory actions.
