Advantages of Our Firm
The practice of law has become more specialized with attorneys concentrating on specific areas of the law. When as part of larger full service firms of 100 to 200+ lawyers, our attorneys practiced as a small firm within the larger firms, with as little as one other attorney concentrating on the same practice area. We have found that in the areas of our practice, there is no advantage inherent with a larger firm in comparison to our firm.
One of the advantages of our firm is that every client receives Senior Partner attention. Your case or matter will not be relegated to a less experienced junior level attorney. The attorney who prepares your case will be the same attorney who handles it through negotiation or litigation.
We employ the most current computer and e-commerce equipment and technologies in preparing your matter/case as the larger firms employ. We subscribe to legal research sites, GIS materials, and real estate valuation services, thereby providing our clients with the same resources as the larger law firm. We employ case management software and remote work access.
We are creative. The experience we have from our trial litigation translates to the negotiation and administrative law setting whether in the development of demonstrative exhibits, presentation of the issues or general advocacy of the client’s position.
Examples of the types of demonstrative exhibits developed by our firm are Helicopter Fly Over with Project and still photography Comparison of Before/After Condition.
